Talc presentation

Talc is a common silicate minerals, it is very soft and has a creamy feel, is the softest known mineral, Mohs hardness of 1, can be used instead of white chalk to draw the traces, with a nail in the talc leave scratches. Talc general was massive, leaf-shaped, fibrous or radial, color is white, gray, and due to contain other impurities with a variety of colors. Mainly used for basic refractory and blast furnace flux; production and preparation of calcium magnesium phosphate magnesium sulfate; and the production of glass and ceramics ingredients.

Applications

Talc use a lot, such as refractories, paper, rubber filler, insulation materials, lubricants, pesticides absorbers, leather coatings, cosmetic and sculpture materials, and so on. Talc is an important raw material for ceramics, which is used to glaze and ceramic blank, is introduced as a chemical feed glaze, from cooling, improve the roughness of the glazed effect.
