Gold heap leaching process generally applies to the mass production of low grade gold ore.

Technology Advantage

It often adopts one-closed circle two stages crushing, heap leaching production process,which include raw material preparation(crushing plant), storage area construction, heap construction, leaching and washing. And pregnant solution goes through adsorption, desorbing and electrolysis, then gets gold mud. After melting, gold mud becomes gold bullion. After heap leaching, there is no need to transport tailings away, it will become permanent waste dump or re-construct after tearing down.

Production Instance

A 5000ton per heap gold heap leaching production line in Inner Mongolia, China. This project has the advantage of low investment, short construction period and simple operation by adopting the above technical process. It can produce gold bullion in one work flow and the metal recovery rate is about 65%.
