Heap leaching is a common technical process with high efficiency and low consumption. But as gold tailing has too small size, it is better to make them granules first, then do heap leaching.

Technology Advantage

It usually includes raw material preparation(crushing plant), storage area construction, heap construction, leaching and washing. And pregnant solution goes through adsorption, desorbing and electrolysis, then gets gold mud. After melting, gold mud becomes gold bullion. After heap leaching, there is no need to transport tailings away, it will become permanent waste dump or re-construct after tearing down.

This project has the advantage of low investment, short construction period and simple operation by adopting the above technical process. It can produce gold bullion in one work flow and the metal recovery rate is about 65%, which has huge economic benefits.
